Abstract : The study aims to explore the difficulties faced by the students of Bangladesh Secondary Public School in the four Arabic skills, to achieve this goal, the following questions were formulated: What are the aspects of difficulties in the four language skills for the Secondary level Arabic language learners at Bangladesh Public Madrasah? What are the proposed strategies to remedy those difficulties they are facing? The study followed the descriptive analytical method to collect the required data from the targeted group members, by making a questionnaire aimed to explore the difficulties in the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) of the target group, and then analysing the collected data using the multiple statistics methods. The sample of the study consisted of 90 students from three classes (sixth grade- seventh grade- eighth grade) of Bangladesh Public School (Madrasah), who were chosen randomly and not intentionally. The study reached a set of results, the most important are as follow: A majority of the Secondary level students of Bangladeshi public Madrasahs agreed that they are facing many more difficulties during listening, as they ranged between (3.97-4.36), and the weighted average as a whole was (4.16), while the difficulties in speaking skills ranged between ( 3.66 - 4.41), the weighted average as a whole was (4.04), and the difficulties in learning reading skills ranged between (2.42 - 4.28), and the weighted average as a whole was (3.74), while The difficulties in learning writing skills ranged between (3.83 - 4.14), and the weighted average as a whole reached (4.02), and all of these indicate a high level of facing difficulties during the learning of those skills. Likewise there are statistically significant differences among the targeted groups according to the grade & age variables.
