Abstract
:
The main objective of the study is to show The Exhaustion of The Court Jurisdictions in The Saudi Legal System, in terms of the principle and exceptions. The importance of the study that it showed the legal basis for the principle of exhausting of The Court Jurisdictions, and showed the legislator’s goal, which is reflected in enhancing confidence in the court, protecting judgments from manipulations, and achieving judicial stability. Once the verdict is issued, the court exhausts its jurisdiction, The study also discussed the exceptions of the exhausting of The Court Jurisdiction, which are correction of material error, the interpretation of the verdict, and finally Accepting the case as an appeals court At the end of this study, several conclusions were reached, including that the judicial ruling has several implications and that the exhaustion of the jurisdiction is one of the procedural effects of the judicial ruling. .
