Abstract
:
This study aims to explore executive leadership and its impact on administrative creativity by administrative employees at King Abul-Aziz University. The descriptive analytical approach is used in conducting this study. In order to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was created of (55) items, the study population is consisted of (228) administrative employees, the study sample is consisted of (160) administrative employees. The results of the study indicate there is a statistically significant relationship between the element of executive leadership (Knowledge of the theory of the Organization, Financial Management, Environmental Scanning, Conflict Management, Communication Networks , Listening to Others, General Leadership Skills, Skills of Public Administration) and administrative creativity, there is a statistically significant effect for demographic data such as level of education, on the executive leadership level of employees. The light of such findings, there are some recommendations as the following: develop ways to increase the possession of leaders at King Abdul-Aziz University for the attributes and characteristics of the executive commander, put the ways to increase the possession of an employee at King Abdul-Aziz University creative capabilities.
