Abstract
:
This paper presents a complete and detailed plan for the development and restructuring of human resources. Will be applicable to some Saudi companies, medium and large size. Where the research will develop a model to measure the performance and the efficiency of human resources, which will be applied as an examination field application on the "United Sugar Company" - a subsidiary of Savola - as an industrial company, and "Samba" as a financial institution. Will be output and the results of this Aalbges can serve as a reference for other Saudi companies guided by and apply the same strategy used in this research as a plan for the development of human resources they have. The most benefit from the development structure of the human resources of the Saudi companies based on global standards, it will inevitably be a golden opportunity for companies as a result of Saudi Arabia to join the World Trade Organization, not a threat. The main goal in focus attention to study and analyze target companies in the study is to demonstrate that the local companies that invest in the structure of human resources and are relying upon as an indicator of a strategic, they could face competition, especially from international companies coming to the Saudi market in accordance with the rules of Saudi Arabia's accession to the WTO. Therefore, the study will begin to develop an assessment tool for the application of human resources of the two companies into practice, which will be followed by an analysis of the study cases to evaluate the application of the best use of human resources who will lead - God willing - for success in achieving profits, business growth, and face competition.
